CANCELLATION POLICY: Your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Once an item has been shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect RETURN POLICY: We must charge a 30% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), plus shipping fees both ways. Actual freight bill costs will be provided at the time of the return. You can return most items for any reason for a refund within 15 days of arrival. Returns must be in saleable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly. Custom ordered items(like sofa sets), Original Capodimonte, A.Santini, V. Sabadin, Italian Artwork, Glass and Italian Wood Furniture, Model & Toy Trains, Bedding product can not be returned. Simply email us at info@mylovelyhome.net for a return authorization number (RMA number). RMA's are good for 14 days from date issued. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not on the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 15 days of the original date of delivery. Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to the manufacturer to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle. SHIPPING DAMAGE : You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of arrival and keep the packaging. Somebody from the carrier will likely come by to inspect the box. FAILURE to notify us in 7 days and NOT keeping the packaging will result in a DENIAL of your claim.
